I like how the course is arranged. It touches on two aspects in listening, top-down and bottom-up. What I enjoyed most is that it gives me some real hands-on or practical techniques when dealing with listening tasks. The on-site dialogue role-playing in the ending class was truly educational for the course provides speaking templates, which we can use in various scenarios.
